John’s Church Health Workshops and Seminars are more about a spiritual journey, not a program. Nor is church growth the goal. Church growth is merely a by-product of doing good ministry over a long period of time and the moving of the Holy Spirit. Fruit happens when the Holy Spirit touches human activity.

John’s workshops and seminars are really a process by which churches become healthy and missional. By “healthy,” he means pursuing Christ. By “missional,” he means pursuing Christ’s priorities in the world. Each Workshop and seminar is designed for the church to recognize and respond to the Holy Spirit. He provides both a language and an underlying process for moving forward. Plowing the Soil for Health that produces growth!
